Introduction to Educational Lean
October 21, 2009 - 1:00-5:00 p.m.
Ruttger's Bay Lake Lodge, Breakout Room #8
Educational institutions are being challenged now more than ever to effectively serve student and stakeholder needs. We must become more flexible, responsive, efficient, and intentional. As we enter a period of fiscal constraint and budget cutting, institutions must be innovative and learn to work differently. Educational Lean is an improvement methodology that can help.
How will you and your institution benefit? In this seminar, you will learn how Educational Lean can help to identify hidden capacity; improve quality of student services, administrative, and academic processes; and increase student, staff, faculty, and administrator satisfaction.
